2. Client Responsibilities
- Content Supply: Clients must provide all necessary content (texts, images, product info, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Feedback and Approvals: Clients must provide clear feedback and approvals for project stages to avoid delays.
- Access: Clients shall provide access credentials (domain, hosting, admin panels) if required for execution.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
- Payment terms will be defined in the proposal or invoice shared with the client.
- Advance payments are mandatory to begin any project.
- Refunds are not applicable once a project has started and work has been delivered based on approved scope.
- For monthly services (like social media or SEO), payments are due in advance each month.
4. Project Timelines
- Timelines will be shared at the start of the project and may vary depending on client inputs and approvals.
- Nwebkart is not responsible for delays caused due to client’s delayed responses or incomplete content.
5. Revisions and Scope of Work
- Minor revisions (as discussed in project scope) are allowed.
- Any request beyond the initial scope will be considered as an additional task and will be charged separately.
- The client will be notified in advance about any additional costs.
6. Intellectual Property
- All code, designs, and marketing content developed by Nwebkart will remain the property of Nwebkart until full payment is received.
- Upon complete payment, ownership of the website and its content will be transferred to the client (except third-party licenses/tools, which are governed by their own T&Cs).
7. Use of Third-Party Tools
- Nwebkart may use licensed or open-source tools, themes, or plugins. Clients agree to the terms of these third-party tools.
- Any costs related to third-party software, themes, or subscriptions will be communicated and billed to the client.
8. Confidentiality
- Nwebkart agrees not to disclose any confidential information shared by the client.
- Likewise, the client agrees to not share Nwebkart’s internal strategies, pricing, or confidential project documentation with third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Nwebkart is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use the website/services.
- We are also not responsible for any damages resulting from third-party service interruptions (e.g., hosting providers, domain registrars, etc.).
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing a written notice of 7 days.
- In case of termination, the client is liable to pay for work completed up to the date of termination.
11. Changes to Terms
Nwebkart reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
